Use case · Opening

Open in 7 days. Without losing the first Friday.

Everything you need to take orders on opening night: catalog, POS, KDS, marketplaces, payments. Set up with you, not at you.

Who this is for

Opening your first place, your fifth, or a new concept under an old brand.

First-time operators with a lease and a soft-open date. Multi-branch operators opening a new location next month. Chefs launching a new concept in an existing kitchen.

If you have an opening date, this page is for you. Still deciding? Talk to us anyway — we like those calls.

The setup

Seven days, start to first service.

Honest version. The catalog is the fast bit — seconds, on Day 1, via AI menu import. The rest of the week is hardware, training, marketplace approvals. The days we do the work. The days you do the work. Where they overlap.

Day 1 · catalog

Upload your menu. AI builds your catalog in seconds.

Drop in a PDF, a photo, or a Google Doc with prices in the margin. Our AI extracts categories, modifiers, allergens, course tags — in seconds. You walk through it on Day 2. Need a hand? We're a click away.
Day 2 · review

You walk the menu.

30-minute call. You look at the catalog with your chef. Edit modifiers. Tag prep stations (hot / cold / bar / pass). Decide course pacing. You decide. We change it on the call.
Day 3 · POS & KDS

POS and KDS go live in the room.

Hardware arrives or we install on the tablets you already bought. Floor plan in the POS. Stations on the KDS. Printer routing to bar and kitchen. We do this on-site or remote — whichever your timeline needs.
Day 4 · payments

Payments connect.

We hook up your card terminal — your existing processor, or one we recommend. QR menu live with the same catalog. You pick the processor. No lock-in. Switch later, the POS doesn't care.
Day 5 · marketplaces

Marketplaces connect.

Already signed up with Wolt, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol, Getir or Migros Yemek? We push your catalog in and route their orders into the same queue. Not signed up yet? Parallel track — we connect you with their account managers, or we wire it after open. Be honest about where you are.
Day 6 · staff

Staff training. The dry run.

Front-of-house: 60 minutes on the POS and waiter app. Kitchen: 30 minutes on the KDS. Then a soft simulation — fire twenty fake tickets through the system. Your team will ask three questions you didn't expect. That's the point. You bring the team. We bring the answers.
Day 7 · first service

First service. Live. A real human standing by.

Doors open. POS takes tickets, KDS routes them, marketplaces stream in, payments process. Someone from our team is on a direct line — not a ticket queue — for the first three nights. Something wrong? We fix it while you plate. After the first weekend: standard support, here when you need it.

That's seven days. Honest, not aspirational.

Roles, plainly

What we set up. What you decide.

No "and the operator just needs to..." surprises in week three. Both columns, both jobs, both visible from Day 1.

We set up

The boring infrastructure.

Catalog from your menu. Modifiers and allergens. Floor plan in the POS. KDS station routing. Printer mapping. Payment terminal pairing. Marketplace API connections. Staff accounts. Tax rates. Receipt template with your logo. Reports.
You decide

The operating choices.

Course pacing. Per-channel pricing markups. Auto-accept windows per marketplace. Which printer for which station. Floor layout. Which staff has which permission. Opening hours per channel. What gets 86'd when. Whether to push to Wolt at all on the first weekend.

If we ever do something operational without asking, that's a bug. Tell us.

Honest about scope

What we don't do in those seven days.

If any of these matter for your opening, plan for them separately. We'll flag them on the kickoff call too.

We don't write your menu

  • Menu engineering — pricing, descriptions, photos — is on you or your consultant
  • We can clean it up; we won't second-guess your chef
  • Translations: we'll set up multi-language fields, you supply the copy

We don't deal with your landlord or licensing

  • No opinion on your fiscal printer compliance until you've signed off with your accountant
  • Liquor licensing, food safety, fire marshal — separate workstream
  • We connect to the fiscal printers that already work in your country

Marketplaces in 7 days — only if you've signed up

  • Wolt/Yemeksepeti onboarding can take 2-4 weeks on their side
  • If you haven't signed up, marketplaces land post-open
  • You'll still take dine-in and takeaway from Day 7
