Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dojofood platform, applications and website (the "Service") provided by dojofood, Inc. ("dojofood", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

dojofood provides restaurant operations software that unifies dine-in, takeaway and delivery-marketplace orders into a single catalog and order queue. Features, integrations and availability may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity under your credentials. You must keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content and data you put into the Service.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on your order or the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your catalog, orders and reporting at any time.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, delivery marketplaces and payment providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, dojofood disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law, giving reasonable notice where we can.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law applies to you.
