What is dojofood?
dojofood is a restaurant operations platform that puts dine-in, takeaway and every delivery marketplace on one screen: one catalog, one order queue, one source of truth. It replaces the stack of separate tablets and reconciliations most operators run today.
Which delivery marketplaces does dojofood integrate?
dojofood connects the major delivery marketplaces in the regions we serve and routes their orders into the same queue as your dine-in and takeaway. New integrations are added continuously — see the marketplace integrations page for the current live list.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
In most cases, no. dojofood runs on standard tablets and the POS terminals and kitchen screens you likely already have. Where you do need hardware, we help you pick the minimum that fits your workflow rather than selling you a fixed bundle.
Does my menu stay in sync across every channel?
Yes. You maintain one catalog in dojofood and it propagates to your POS, digital menu and connected marketplaces. Change a price or 86 an item once, and it updates everywhere — no editing the same dish in five different back-offices.
How does pricing work for multiple locations?
Pricing scales per location, with multi-branch and franchise operators managed under one account and one bill. Growing from one site to five doesn't mean five disconnected subscriptions. See the pricing page for current plans, or talk to us about a multi-branch quote.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. We'd rather keep you because the product earns its place every month than trap you in a multi-year term. Talk to us about the terms that fit your operation.
Can I keep running my current POS during migration?
Yes. We move you over in a way that doesn't stop service. Your catalog and key settings are brought across, your team is trained on real shifts, and we switch channels on when you're ready — not on a hard cut-over that risks a busy Friday night.
How long does onboarding take?
For a single location it's typically days, not weeks: catalog import, hardware check, a training shift and a soft launch. Multi-branch rollouts run per-site on a schedule that matches your operation rather than all at once.
Is my data mine — can I export it?
Your data is yours. You can export your catalog, orders and reporting. We don't hold your operation hostage to keep you subscribed.
Which payment methods and providers are supported?
dojofood works with card, contactless and the local payment methods your guests expect, and reconciles every payment against the order it belongs to — including marketplace payouts — so month-end actually ties out.
